Neighbourhood Manager - Min 9 months in Liverpool

Seeking an experienced housing professional on a minimum 9 month contract to support our social housing client in Liverpool, overseeing the day-to-day performance of a small team of Neighbourhood Officers to ensure the effective delivery of housing & tenancy management services within the community.


Your new role

  • Managing a small team of Officers and day-to-day housing services including ASB, tenancy management and allocations

  • Ensuring the team deliver against targets and objectives set out within the Neighbourhood plans

  • Working alongside the ASB & Income teams to address wider issues within the community

  • Leading on resident involvement initiatives and maintain effective working relationships across the business, with customers and stakeholders

  • Performance management of team including training, sickness & absence, health & safety, grievance and disciplinary

  • Budget management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within social housing managing a high-performing team, delivering against KPIs

  • Skilled in stakeholder management, customer relationship management and demonstrating a strong, enthusiastic leadership style

  • Good knowledge and understanding of housing management, housing law and best practice
