As they go into the next stage of their growth they are looking for a highly experienced advisor to join them as a Non-Executive Director and help set out and drive their pathway into the clinic.

Your new role
This is ideally suited for candidates who are looking to contribute on a flexible basis, with a long-term view and strategic influence within the company.

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates for this role should have an extensive track record / background in clinical development as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO), with a significant preference for candidates with early phase experience.
• Strong knowledge of immunotherapy, vaccinology, oncology, rare disease or RNA therapeutics (preferably from taking medicines into the clinic in at least one of these areas)
• Track record of progressing programmes from IND
• Ability to mentor / support early biotech founders
• A good understanding of aspects affecting programme prioritisation, eg commercial practicalities and regulatory hurdles faced when gaining approval for a new therapeutic

Previous experience within an NED / Board role is an advantage, however senior leaders looking to take their first step into a NED role are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll get in return
