Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to work with a global Biopharmaceutical company based in Wrexham. They are a company focusing on research, innovation and the development of transformative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience.

About the role:
To provide sickness absence management and case management as appropriate, guiding the business about workplace adjustments and phased return to work programmes
To assist in the provision of occupational health services to meet the needs of the work force
To assist the current OH nurse to provide professional and clinical leadership to other members of the OH team (Oh nurses/technicians).
To manage a caseload providing specialist clinical advice on work related health issues
Health surveillance medicals/health assessments including audiometry, spirometry, skin, lone worker, keystone vision screening, nightworker and musculoskeletal assessments and FLT medicals

Working days: Monday-Friday (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 37.5
Permanent Contract
Annual Salary: £45,000
Annual Leave: 33 Days

Job Requirements:
A Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) qualification in adult nursing
Completed a course in Occupational Health (diploma or degree level)
Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN)
Up to date training on audiometry and spirometry
