Occupational Therapist based in Birmingham Up to £32 per hour

Your new company

Birmingham City Council are looking for a passionate, experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adults team based in a Birmingham office one day per week.

Your new role

You will be working with complex cases and completing and reviewing assessments across the local community. You will be placed in a Continuing Health Care team, completing assessments and attending Multi-Disciplinary meetings presenting the Local Authority perspective for citizens who we believe should qualify for CHC funding.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will be able to drive as completing in person assessments is essential. Experience in continuing health care is desirable.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be working to make a difference in your local community at a competitive rate. The job is hybrid, working from home 4 days a week.

Registering with Hays will mean I will be your dedicated Recruitment Consultant, giving you access to our exclusive job opportunities. Once placed, you will be introduced to a Candidate Care Partner as another point of contact to support you.
