Your new company
You will be working for a law firm in central Bristol.
Your new role
You have the opportunity to utilise your administrative skills to adapt to the legal industry, your duties are as follows:- Ad hoc administrative responsibilities around the office.
- Physical administrative tasks such as binding, filing, and scanning.
- Digital administration using MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
- Helping organise inboxes to prioritise urgent correspondence and communicate this with the relevant contact.
- To be on-site acting as the office anchor.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous office administration experience.
The ability to organise yourself.
Confidence in handling your own work flow.
Excellent communication, experience with fee earners is preferred.
Legal experience is not required, but coming from a law firm or similar environment will help.
