An exciting Biotech is looking for an Office Manager/EA

Your new company

This business is an exciting Biotech using novel ways of tackling resilient diseases. Due to growth, they are now ready for an experienced Office Manager/EA to join the team.

Your new role

Your new role will be very varied. You will be the central contact for the organisation and senior management function. You will be responsible for linking up the scientific teams, the facilities, the finance, the HR and the Comms. You will make sure the office runs smoothly day to day as well as ensuring the CEO and CSO are looked after. You will support the lab teams with ordering consumables and trips to conferences as well as internal events too. You will be based fully in the office on site.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Office Manager/EA. Any exposure to Life Sciences, Biotech and Pharma would be a plus but not essential. You will have worked with investors/board/c-suite level contacts, will be proactive and be the person that links the organisation together.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a salary up to £55k depending on experience alongside a benefits package which will be shared on discussion of the role. There is plenty of parking on site.
