Their fantastic team specialises in various areas of personal injury law, including road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims. They are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients and are looking for a talented Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Newry.


Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned team in NI, where you will gain great exposure and build a truly fantastic career. Duties include:
• Assist solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation and assist in all forms of trial preparation

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process. This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients so experience of this would be beneficial.
Key skills:
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
