If you have experience in insolvency legal work and are looking for an opportunity to further expand and develop your career in this sector, I am instructed with an excellent role within a boutique commercial practice in the heart of Leeds.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside two excellent Partners with many years of experience operating and advising on lots of insolvency and restructuring matters as well as another experienced senior lawyer. Any candidates wishing to apply for this position will need to have clearly evidenced experience of working in a high-functioning restructuring and insolvency team or, alternatively, must be able to evidence through detailed further study a real enthusiasm for the area.

My client is looking to recruit either a paralegal or a qualified solicitor with anywhere up to 4 years’ PQE in order to directly assist with a growing workload due to an increasing client base which is helping to generate significant revenue for my client’s business.

For candidates who have the desired level of experience, my client is prepared to be bespoke when it comes to salary packages. Hybrid/remote working is available for this role depending on the level of experience candidates can bring to this role.
