Pension Administrator - Full-Time - Permanent - Hybrid - Central Liverpool - £26,400

Your new company

My client is a well-established pensions company, which delivers first-class administrative service to a number of FTSE and multinational companies across the UK. Their strong reputation is built on technical expertise and quality service, and they are now looking for an ambitious professional to join their team as a full-time, permanent Pension Administrator.

Your new role

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing and records, ensuring the integrity of customer data, processing a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Data entry of customer details and collating and analysing data and producing routine reports, schedules and summaries and provision of technical guidance and coaching to colleagues.
  • You will be handling member enquiries via email, letter and telephone, providing a great customer experience.
  • The role will require you to meet customer expectations by providing a market-leading customer-centric service which builds excellent relationships.
  • Achieve high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships through the delivery of member requests within timeliness standards set.

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures in a compliant manner
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
