Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administering defined benefit pension schemes. Your role will involve managing redundancy and voluntary redundancy schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and thorough documentation. This position requires a methodical approach and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with defined benefit pension schemes
• Proficiency in administering redundancy and voluntary redundancy schemes, including calculations and documentation
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

What you'll get in return

• Competitive daily rate between £180 to £220 (For the right candidate may be able to offer more)
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
• Part-time working option: 3 days in the office
• Initial 4-month contract with potential for extension
