I have exclusively partnered with a luxury retail brand known for their quality pieces, innovation, and unmatched customer experience. They have a few stores in London, with a big presence in the US too, through mainly wholesale operations. However, their site and Ecomm function of the business is their largest source of income. They are going through a really exciting period of growth, where they have doubled in growth year-on-year for the past 3 years. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketeer to join a fast-paced business at a really exciting time in their journey.

Your new role

They are seeking a skilled Performance / Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts during a pivotal growth phase. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate marketing strategies. This role requires a results-driven individual who can analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and retention in a luxury retail context.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate channels to meet brand objectives.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and luxury market positioning.

- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders. Using tools such as Google Analytics etc.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and resonate with target audience.

- Budget Management: Monitor and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.

- Affiliate Strategy: Develop and nurture relationships with key affiliates, optimising their performance to drive brand growth.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in marketing efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record in managing paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
