Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for supporting two executives with the following responsibilities:
- Complex diary management
- Travel and Accomodation Booking
- General Administration
- Multiple inbox management
- Document preparation
- Taking minutes
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Managing and keeping expenses
- Query Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Event Co-Ordination
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to adapt and pick up new processes
- A strong work ethic
