Are you a skilled plumber with experience in social housing maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary social housing plumber to join our team in Stevenage.
Position: Social Housing Plumber (Temporary)
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (details available upon application)
Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
Diagnose and fix issues related to water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service for residents.
Requirements:
Relevant plumbing qualifications Level 2/3 and experience.
Knowledge of social housing maintenance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driving licence is essential.
