Your new role

• Lead the procurement of major construction projects across our estate, delivering new structures, extensions, conversions, and refurbishments

• Manage high-profile tender processes and negotiate multi-million-pound contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with property stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to drive performance, innovation, and sustainability across all projects.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and introducing smarter, more efficient ways of working that benefit both teams and guests.

• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing valuable commercial insights and procurement expertise to influence investment decisions and deliver measurable value.

What you'll need to succeed

• Procurement Strategy Development – Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, risk management, and alignment with business and sustainability goals.

• Tender Management & Contract Negotiation – Expertise in leading complex tender processes, including market analysis, supplier selection, bid evaluation, and securing high-value, strategic contracts that deliver long-term value.

• Supplier Performance & Contract Management – Strong track record in managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed contract terms, commitments, and KPIs while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
