As a Procurement Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement for major construction projects, including new builds, conversions, extensions, and refurbishments across our property estate. Your new role
Lead the procurement of major construction projects across our estate, delivering new structures, extensions, conversions, and refurbishments
Manage high-profile tender processes and negotiate multi-million-pound contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with property stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to drive performance, innovation, and sustainability across all projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and introducing smarter, more efficient ways of working that benefit both teams and guests.
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing valuable commercial insights and procurement expertise to influence investment decisions and deliver measurable value.
What you'll need to succeed
Procurement Strategy Development – Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, risk management, and alignment with business and sustainability goals.
Tender Management & Contract Negotiation – Expertise in leading complex tender processes, including market analysis, supplier selection, bid evaluation, and securing high-value, strategic contracts that deliver long-term value.
Supplier Performance & Contract Management – Strong track record in managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed contract terms, commitments, and KPIs while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
