Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Planner to join their internal Programme team. This is a role created to ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA including Finance, HR & Procurement working alongside the System Integrator. The Programme Planner will coordinate across the programme, working closely with a team of 12 internal Project Managers (PMs) to provide assurance that the programme plans from the integrator are fit for purpose.

The Programme Planner will coordinate across the programme, working closely with a team of 12 internal Project Managers (PMs) to provide assurance that the programme plans from the integrator are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal PMs to ensure alignment and integration of programme plans.
- Provide assurance of the programme plans from the system integrator, ensuring they meet the required standards and are fit for purpose.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, maintaining a comprehensive RAID log.
- Design and implement appropriate structures and processes for the programme.
- Hold PMs accountable for adhering to established processes and governance.
- Consolidate and integrate all plans to ensure a cohesive programme strategy.
- Liaise with the system integrator and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programme planning and management, ideally within large-scale ERP implementations.
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems in large-scale environments is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in developing, overseeing, and sustaining comprehensive programme-level plans with Microsoft Project, encompassing multi-workstream and multi-dimensional planning.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Skilled in presenting complex information clearly and managing stakeholder concerns to drive project success
- Ability to design and implement processes and governance structures from scratch.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
What you will get in return
This is a contract role, paying a £400 - £500 per day rate outside of IR35. The role is hybrid and based 2 days on-site in the Leeds office.
