Your new company

Based in Glasgow, our client is recruiting a Project Manager (IT & Business Change) to join their team. This is a key position supporting the Executive Team and business sponsors to ensure the successful IT capability of existing systems and lead the development of new technology as the business grows. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative project environment with a variety of work packages differing in size and timescale.

Your new role

In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Team and manage the relationship between business sponsors, both internal and external, and IT suppliers. You will be responsible for formulating and delivering the Business IT Change Plan, maintaining both FM and capital systems, and acting as a business contact for configuration and onboarding of new clients within the current CAFM system. Your duties will also include working with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and assess wider business opportunities, supporting their execution through effective IT solutions, and ensuring adequate performance of IT Service Suppliers to meet operational priorities.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in IT or FM/Engineering project management, along with a formal project management qualification (e.g., PMI, PMP, APM, PRINCE2, MSP). You will have proven skills in project management, experience in delivering end-to-end solutions, and line management responsibility. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as experience in 3rd party vendor management, is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a competitive salary (up to £70K), healthcare benefits, and pension benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a well-established organisation and work in a rewarding environment.
