Interim Property Compliance Lead working for a Housing Association

Your new company

Excellent opportunity to join a Housing Association in Essex as the Compliance Lead on an interim basis. The contract is expected to be for a three month duration, though it may be extended and/or offered on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As the Compliance Lead, you will manage a small team and oversee all aspects of compliance within the Property Department, which consists of both new build and maintenance properties within social housing. You will be responsible for identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and developing and implementing compliance strategies. You will also deliver regular compliance reports to stakeholders within the organisation. This opportunity is offered with hybrid working.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role, you should have proven experience in a similar role in the sector and have comprehensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters. You should have experience managing teams and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
