Hays Education are seeking new ambitious Psychology graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in a SEN school in Manchester. This opportunity is ideal for students who have completed a placement year as a Teaching Assistant during their degree, those who are thinking of doing a PGCE in the future, and those looking to pursue a career within the field of Educational Psychology. In this role, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
