Temporary purchase ledger

Your new role

Hays are working with a growing organisation in North Bristol who are looking for a purchase ledger on a temporary basis. The organisation offers hybrid and flexible working. Pay for the role is £13 per hour + holiday. Main duties of the role include:

  • Manually input invoices into the software system, matching against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Make payments for weekly pay run
  • Deal with the accounts payable inbox
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a similar role

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and formulas

  • Flexible attitude to adapt when necessary

  • Excellent communication skills
