An exciting Property Development solicitor job in Exeter or Bristol with this leading national firm

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to come in and play a significant role in this growing commercial property development team, supporting colleagues across all the firm’s offices. You will assist in matters relating to the acquisition and development of sites both locally and further afield as you manage your own caseload.

Your role will also involve building and maintaining effective relationships, both internally with other departments, and in the external marketplace. Experience of advising clients ranging from housebuilders and registered providers, to commercial developers and landowners would be a distinct advantage.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have trained and worked for a leading national or regional firm with experience in commercial property development transactions. You will be confident in running your own matters, personable to clients, and seeking to develop your knowledge.
