Your new company

Hays are working with a prestigious organisation in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Reception Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role for the business, it is varied and exciting with room for progression.

Your new role

As a Reception Administrator your role will involve:

  • Operating the switchboard and handling general telephone enquiries
  • Welcoming clients, taking them to meeting rooms and providing refreshments.
  • Providing general team administration including photocopying, filing.
  • Post-scanning, distribution, and franking.
  • Booking conference rooms.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in Reception and,

  • You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients and colleagues.

  • Have a can-do attitude.

  • We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude.

  • Excellent customer services.
