We are seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and efficient service.

Your New Role:
As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Front Desk Management: Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
  • Call Management: Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries.
  • Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
  • Meeting Room Management: Booking and preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and organised.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Visitor Management: Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A professional and presentable appearance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable.
