Receptionist/Office Administrator

A busy commercial law firm based in Chester is looking for a Receptionist to join the team, in order to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.Your new role
As the first face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.Other duties will include:
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
Maintain office filing systems and keep records up to date
Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
Use computerised systems for various clerical duties
Manage emails and correspondence effectively
Assist with the organisation of meetings and in-house events
Support staff with general administrative tasks such as diary management
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative, secretarial or receptionist role as well as:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
A good understanding of the importance around confidentiality and GDPR will be an asset to this role.
