Regional Facilities Managers Wanted - Various Locations across UK

Your new company
Our client are a specialist facilities service provider who deliver services to a commercial portfolio spanning the UK. They are hiring multiple Regional Facilities Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to cover the North West, North East and Midlands.


Your new role
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of maintenance, compliance, and operational excellence across your defined region. You will manage hard services delivery through both in-house mobile teams and specialist sub-contractors.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in managing hard service delivery for large, multi-site commercial portfolios. You will also require strong technical knowledge and understanding (technical qualifications are desirable however not essential subject to experience and knowledge). Additionally, you will require a full UK driving license, and ability to pass SC clearance.


What you'll get in return
When successful in securing this role, you will receive a permanent contract with a large, specialist FM provider that operate around the UK. You will join a high-performing team for an important contract. You will receive £55,000 starting salary + package.
