Your new company
You will be working as a specialist in the surveying and valuation of prime residential properties across London. Working on properties with a market value of 1 million pounds.
Your new role
- Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service
- Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds AssocRICS or MRICS accreditation with two years+ experience in residential property surveying and valuation within London.
- Level 2 Building Surveying experience, VRS registered.
- Help to buy valuations, lease extension valuations, marriage dispute
- Resides within the M25, within easy access to North/East London.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
- Keen to expand and grow network of clientele and referring partners.
What you'll get in return
- Remote working (Office visit required once per month)
- Salary between £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience + package + benefits
- 10% commission on each survey completed
