Your new role

• Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance programs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to compliance and risk management.
• Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends.
• Provide training for staff on compliance matters.
• Investigate and address any compliance violations promptly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research and document review.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
