SALES LEDGER CLERK | TEMP | HYBRID | CHESTER

You will be working for a leading agricultural company based in Tattenhall, Chester.


Your new role

  • Maintaining Sales Ledger: recording and managing all sales transactions
  • Invoicing: preparing and issuing invoices to customers
  • Payment Processing: recording customer payments and reconciling accounts
  • Credit Control: monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments
  • Customer Queries: handling enquiries and resolving issues related to invoices and payments
  • Reporting: generating financial reports and summaries for management
  • Data Entry: ensuring accurate and timely entry of financial data
  • Account Reconciliation: Balancing accounts and investigating discrepancies
  • Record Keeping: maintaining organised and up-to-date financial records
  • Compliance: ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies

What you'll need to succeed

  • Great Plains experience

  • Experience in a sales ledger/credit control role
