Sales Administrator

Location: Swindon, UK
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
