We are seeking a Scheme Manager in Liverpool to support our client on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 months.

You will be based at an Independent Living Scheme, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housing & tenancy management.

Your new role

• Morning check in calls

• Dealing with on-site emergencies

• Completing routine health & safety compliance checks and reporting repairs

• Voids, lettings, signups and viewings

• Dealing with low level ASB and neighbour nuisance

• Multi-agency work, signposting and referrals

• Updating relevant risk assessments

• Responding to complaints and enquiries from customers, family members and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of dealing with older people in a social housing environment, building management and compliance requirements

• Good knowledge and understanding of housing & tenancy management principles and relevant legislation

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• IT proficiency

• Hourly rates up to £19.15 per hour
