Scheme Manager - Temp - Full time
We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to support our client on a full-time, temporary basis until the end of January 2025 in St. Helens.
Your new role
Overseeing day to day operations at the scheme including all aspects of housing, tenancy, letting management and 2 direct reports of on-site staff
Voids, lettings, allocations, sign-ups, inductions and viewings
Managing cases of low level ASB and neighbour nuisance
Routine health & safety checks including fire doors, alarms and updating relevant risk assessments
Dealing with low level complaints
Facilitating and hosting resident meetings
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within a social housing environment, supporting vulnerable people, ideally aged 55+
Good understanding of the principles of housing & tenancy management and relevant legislation - understanding of H&S compliance regulations
Ability to provide budgeting advice and budget plan with customers
Personal resilience and ability to deal with difficult situations
Experience of multi-agency work and case management
What you'll get in return
Weekly pay
Hourly rates up to £21.65 per hour
Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella
37.5 hour per week temp contract
