Your new company
A Secondary School in North Birmingham is looking for an interim HR Assistant. This is a long term role, initially until the end of the academic year. The cover is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and term time only. The School require an immediate start.
Your new role
The role will entail supporting the school on updating new starters onto the database, arranging interviews and sending out confirmation letters and safer recruitment paperwork. You will also be responsible for undertaking vetting checks for new starters and carrying out eligibility checks.
You will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have HR experience in the above ideally in a school and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
