Job Title: Science Teachers
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £120 - £220 per day. Dependent on experience.
Contract Type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3PM
Start Date: January Start
About them: We are working on behalf of several secondary schools located in Huddersfield.
Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated science teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for science.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in science or a related field.
• Experience teaching science at secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
