Senior Accountant - £40000 - £50000 per annum - Belfast

Your new role

As the Senior Accountant, you will be supporting the Financial Director to deliver the statutory accounting and reporting under IFRS, and you will be responsible for the internal controls across the business. You will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of areas.

• Preparation of the Statutory Accounts for the group in accordance with IFRS.
• Preparing the monthly Management Accounts and reporting of these to senior management;
• Preparation of the finance report to the board of directors
• Co-ordinating tax compliance strategy and the processes needed
• Deliver pricing control costs, and forecast and actual revenue
• Building and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholders;
• Providing detailed information and analysis on a wide variety of projects to support the needs of the group as necessary;
• Development of the group’s business plan to ensure strategic objectives are adequately addressed
• Supporting the finance team on ad-hoc projects and technical matters

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with excellent technical knowledge. You will be adaptable to different scenarios and be able to communicate with a wide spectrum of people.
