Your new company
A financial services company based in Brighton is looking for a Senior Business Support Assistant to join their team on a 6month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known company.
Your new role
You will be handling and processing customer requests (which come in via phone and email). Ensuring that information is understood by the customer or third party. Support the team with appropriate business changes. There are 3 teams – payments, opening accounts and updating accounts. Each team has 10-15 team members. You will be assigned to one team initially and receive training on this.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous administrative experience and excellent organisational skills and written communication. You will be able to respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and understanding manner and be able to retain strong company and product / service knowledge.
What you'll get in return
You will work Monday – Friday (9am -5pm) 35 hours per week, paying £13.49 per hour. The role is a 6-month temporary position with possible extension. The company is based in Brighton and there is hybrid working available after 3-month training period (a minimum of 2 days a week in the office)
