Looking for a seasoned Communications Manager with experience working as a Customer Engagement Lead!
Your new company
I am looking for a Communications Manager (external focused) to join the team on a contract basis until July 2025. We are looking for someone to ideally start ASAP. The globally recognised company is located in Shoreditch. Please apply if you’re a communications professional with experience working independently to deliver communications tailored both to internal senior stakeholders and customers.
Your new role
In this role you will have the opportunity to join a global 6 person team to formulate and drive plans to ensure the firm stays connected with its customers. You will be owning the deliverables for the Customer Experience arm of the team as such you must be comfortable working autonomously. In the role you will be required to ensure that the tone of voice is consistent, professional and adheres to firm standards & that the relevant internal support and collateral is established and the relevant approvals for the customer communications have been obtained.
Within this role you will need to deliver from day 1, as such you will need to be a confident external communicator who has experience writing tailored communications to customers and internal teams.

The successful candidate must have experience working closely with stakeholders across the business who require customer communications to be developed and distributed. This company is
looking for someone who ideally has experience working in Telecommunications or
Tech/Software to ensure that there is a methodology for communicating a range of topics
with its customers, including (but not limited to):
- Regulatory changes
- Operational improvements
- Changes to products and services
- Introduction of new products and services
- Pricing changes
- Major events / news
