They are a leading Tier One contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000-£80,000 + other benefits.
Your New Role
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage a range of projects, including care home builds, school builds, student accommodation, flat blocks, and new build housing. This role will require you to travel across the country, from Leeds in the north to Northampton and Birmingham in the south. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will report directly to the operations director.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in multiple or some desired fields: care home builds, school builds, student accommodation, flat blocks, and new build housing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel across the country.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
