Client Contract Manager, Commercial Delivery, Project Delivery
We have been asked to carry out some specific high-profile recruitment for one of our large clients based just outside of Reading. They are seeking 2 Senior Contract Managers, who will be responsible for large and complex infrastructure projects.
The role will entail managing a team of up to 8 heads and providing commercial and contract performance leadership to the project team and managing the commercial risk and delivery of the project.You will drive, implement and execute category management, strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management in order to deliver the capital infrastructure project to time, quality and budget.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:-
- Commercial leadership skills
- Contract leadership skills - expert NEC or FDIC
- Experience of managing large projects (with budgets in excess of £10 million etc)
- Supplier relationship management experience - experience of working at C-Suite and Exec levels
- Team leadership experience - previous experience of managing teams
- Business / Project leadership experience
