Product Delivery Lead - Data

The Senior Data Analyst is essential for transforming data into business value. They ensure analytics products are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. By deploying the right resources, coordinating team activities, managing dependencies, and removing obstacles, they guarantee smooth delivery. They also manage the budget, track progress, understand the costs and benefits of analytics products, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.


Your new role

  • Oversee the daily delivery of the data product, ensuring team members understand their tasks and progress is on track.
  • Establish and monitor workflows, continuously improving the delivery process.
  • Onboard the necessary resources to deliver the data product.
  • Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies, facilitate conflict resolution, and implement risk management actions.
  • Submit change requests for any changes affecting cost, scope, or timelines.
  • Generate regular status reports for different organisational levels.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Development Team to provide the Product Owner with insights on feature sizing, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Supervise the development, enhancement, and stability of the data product.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Overseeing the delivery of data and analytics technology solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Working within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) workstream and/or having familiarity with sales, promotion, and financial data sets.
  • Leading cross-functional teams that are geographically dispersed.
  • Nurturing and managing high-performing teams across business and strategic delivery partners.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.
  • Managing quality and risk in large-scale and complex technology delivery projects.
  • Being a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing constraints and mitigating conflicts.
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate the team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Having a proven track record of delivering RGM Analytical products in collaboration with a Product Owner, technical teams, and external suppliers.

What you'll get in return

This is a contract that will initially run till the end of the year, with the scope of extension, working with one of the largest beverage companies.
