• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and trends.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analysis activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, and preferably 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
