Your new role

Over 15 years of global experience in regulatory affairs. Great experience in developing groundbreaking ATMP's is important. Experience in cell and gene therapies. You need to have the ability to lead a team of direct reports as well as execute a team strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

Flexibility to adapt to working with a range of clients (e.g. virtual/spinout companies, academic groups, SMEs and mid-size pharma) is an advantage. You need to be a leader and have previous management experience.
