Senior Finance Business Partner – Manchester – Hybrid – Salary between £55,000 to £60,000

Your new role
As their new Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside the Heads of Departments and to provide operational and strategic support on all financial matters, prepare and review the monthly management accounts alongside, provide insightful management information and financial analysis and deliver to tight deadlines. Work with the teams to develop a clear understanding of the drivers of business performance in order to enhance financial forecasting and decision-making. Line manages members of the finance team, providing developmental support or training as necessary and be actively involved in line management and training of the wider team. This is a senior leadership opportunity that can see you further develop your career with a fantastic business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with full UK working rights in place, with a background in large and complex organisations and a proven ability to lead, manage, develop, and motivate a professional team. You will also be adept at building relationships, influencing conversations and proficient in stakeholder management.
