A global investment management firm are growing their HR Operations team to hire for an Senior HR Analyst. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, and sitting within an HR team of 10 in London, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the HR operations ticketing system, answering queries for employees globally at all levels.
• Manage complex issues and provide resolutions and outlining potential future challenges.
• Partner with the wider HR generalist team to suggest ideas for process improvement and work with senior leaders to implement improvements into the global people function.
• Use Workday to answer tickets and manage data implementation.
• Supporting the HR administration of onboarding, payroll and benefits, recruitment and HR reporting via the HRIS.
• Support on ad-hoc HR system projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Thorough experience as an HR Analyst within a shared services environment is essential.

• Global HR administration and support experience is needed.

• A strong understanding of an HRIS system, ideally Workday.

• Have excellent attention detail, with the ability to advise senior level stakeholders on issues.
