Your new role

Seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal risks, support strategic projects, and advise on cross-disciplinary legal issues. Ideal candidates will have insurance law expertise and experience in the Lloyd’s market. You will be responsible for establishing new business ententes throughout Europe.

• Advise on Lloyd’s Syndicates business.
• Support strategic projects and transactions.
• Provide legal and regulatory compliance advice.
• Manage external counsel instructions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyer with insurance law experience. As a guideline 6+ PQE
• In-house legal experience.
• Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
