Senior PMO Analyst - Technology portfolio Fully remote Salary: £55,000–65,000

An opportunity has arisen to join a British multinational recruitment organisation that services 33 countries globally. Currently, in the process of transforming their technology estate to be able to provide the best possible technology solutions.

Your new role

A Senior Portfolio Analyst is urgently required to support a large technology portfolio of circa 60-70 global projects. The portfolio will consist of consolidation and centralisation of key systems, upgrades and implementations across multiple locations globally.

The Senior Portfolio Analyst will work closely alongside them to co-ordinate the portfolio to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic goals and objects. The role will oversee the processes to evaluate, prioritise and balance the portfolio to maximise value, manage risks and ensure efficient use of resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed business outcomes.

Working within a context of significant internal transformation, the role holder will liaise with key stakeholders and the technology teams to monitor and measure the technology portfolio within the context of a newly established ways of working and a delivery framework. The role holder will ensure that appropriate governance structures, reporting, and resources are followed. They will support the Head of Portfolio management with data-led assurances that key initiatives are set up for success, delivering to plan, and will achieve their stated benefits.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a solid PMO background with a background of supporting large scale technology portfolios. Specifically, you will have implemented processes from scratch and ideally have worked in an unstructured environment previously. Experience of working on global initiatives is also essential in order to understand the complexities of working with global stakeholders. Knowledge of Project management tools is essential, experience of working on the rollout of a tool would be highly beneficial.
