Hays are partnering with a fast-growing international reinsurance company based in the City of London, who are looking for their first Treasury Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
- Working closely with the business to minimise financial risk
- Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region
- Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management
- Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
- Analysing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
- Forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements
- Daily cash management
- Debt facilities management
- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
- Preparing management and board reports
- Liaising with senior management across the organisation
- Supporting the month-end process where necessary
- Professional certification within Treasury is preferred.
- Experience in treasury management, within the reinsurance industry and a proven track record of setting up a Treasury department.
