Our client is a reputable claimant law firm based in Manchester city centre. They are currently recruiting for a Serious Injury Lawyer (NQ+). You can expect a full and interesting caseload along with plenty of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary.

Your new role
This Serious Injury Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of serious injury claims from inception to conclusion. Claims will include, but are not limited to, orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries, chronic pain claims and fatalities arising from a mix of road traffic accidents and employer/public liability claims. The level of claims will be determined by the level of previous experience. For more senior applicants, there may be a level of supervision for this position.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified lawyer/solicitor with previous experience handling your own caseload of Serious Injury claims. This role is open to all levels of PQE. Applicants must have excellent knowledge of relevant case law and strong advocacy skills.
