Service and Sales Support Consultant - Permanent - Warrington - Immediate start - Full-time - Hybrid

Your new company

My client, a leading financial services organisation based in Warrington, is seeking a professional service & sales support consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Having recently moved in to brand-new offices, you will be joining a fast-paced and friendly team.


Your new role

The position is being offered full-time from Monday to Friday and sits within the asset finance division. A hybrid model is in place once you have completed the necessary training.
Some of your duties will include not be limited to.
  • To maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and account managers, keeping them regularly updated throughout the proposal process.
  • Accurately input data onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Raise appropriate documents to the expected standard, and ensure all information is accurate.
  • To contact external customers (broker/vendor/direct) to gain information required to establish customer credit approval and pass this information on for underwriting decisions to be made.
  • To undertake all administrative tasks to support account managers.
  • To see each deal through from initial quote to the payout stage.
  • Provide accurate and up to date information to the credit team, ensuring lease documents are completed correctly, and liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
  • To support the pre-underwriting process by conducting appropriate due diligence checks (e.g. credit/land registry searches) as required and to ensure this is done prior to handover to the underwriting team.
  • To progress, chase, and follow up all accepted proposals for updates to ensure efficient payout.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer account records on relevant systems and databases.
  • To assist when required with the daily administration of payouts and the activation of HP & Lease documents in a quick and efficient manner.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven history within a customer service financial services organisation
Asset Finance experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Can do attitude and a willingness to be adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
