Working as a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience in the following:

  • Experience in a service desk environment or a 1st line support role

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Office 365 experience

  • Active Directory experience
