Your new company

Solihull Council are looking for qualified, experienced Social Workers to join the integrated Front Door team, which comprises of an EDT, MASH and 4 x assessment teams. We are currently looking for experienced social workers to join the assessment teams.

Your new role

We want the successful applicants to start the team as soon as possible and to hit the ground running, utilising their experience of duty and assessment to deliver a high-quality intervention for children. You will manage your own caseload and be expected to work independently and travel where needed.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will have sound knowledge of current and relevant legislation and be qualified and registered with SWE. You will also need experience of working in a similar role in Childrens Social Work while managing your own caseload. Due to the semi-rural location, candidates must have a driving licence and access to a car.
