Lead a team of Solution Architects in the heart of the city

Your new role

As a Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of architects and engineers to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet organisational needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop architectural strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and technical strategies.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on technical decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree or relevant accreditation in Solution Architecture Framework (for example TOGAF)
  • Proven experience in solutions architecture and technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll get in return

You will be offered a 6-month contract inside IR35 (via umbrella company) with remote working - 2 day on-site in the heart of Liverpool.
